Description/Background:
Budget carryover is designed to reappropriate unexpended funds from prior fiscal years and make other adjustments to current appropriations. Included in this process are fee and fine adjustments. These are outlined in the attached resolutions. This item was originally presented to the Council on November 11, 2025.
Further action to be taken:
This item includes a public hearing, after which the City Council may adopt the resolutions as presented or amend and adopt the resolutions, if desired.

Motion 1: Motion to adopt Resolution 25-49C, a resolution increasing total appropriations and reappropriating unexpended funds within the proprietary funds
Motion 2: Motion to adopt Resolution 25-50C, a resolution increasing total appropriations and reappropriating unexpended funds within the governmental funds
Motion 3: Motion to adopt Resolution 25-51C, a resolution amending the Sandy City Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2025-26.
