Description/Background:
Public Hearing to receive comment on Fiscal Year 2023-2024 tentative RDA Budget and Resolution.
Consideration of Resolution RD 23-04. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Board of Directors adopting the annual budget of the RDA of Sandy City, Utah, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024.
*The RDA Board may (1) Continue the public hearing to a future date, or (2) close the public hearing. If the hearing is closed, the RDA Board may: (A) adopt the attached resolution, including amendments, if any; or (B) take no action and adopt the resolutions during a future RDA meeting. June 20, 2023 is the latest scheduled RDA meeting in which a decision can be made to set a tax rate by the statutory deadline.*

1. Motion to convene Redevelopment Agency meeting
2. Motion to close Public Hearing, or continue RDA Budget Public Hearing to future meeting. Motion to approve Resolution RD 23-04. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Board of Directors adopting the annual budget of the RDA of Sandy City, Utah, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024 (This motion should only be made after a tax rate has been adopted, or if the decision is made not to exceed the certified rate).
