Description/Background:
This amendment closes an enforcement gap by adding existing RV parking restrictions to the City’s traffic code. Currently, the restriction only exists in the land development code, which limits enforcement to property owners and makes it difficult for officers to cite vehicles directly in the public right-of-way. By placing the same standard in both titles, the City can ensure consistent, practical enforcement depending on the nature of the violation. Additional information is in the attached memo.
