Description/Background:
The Community Development Department Staff has attempted to capture all of the different sections of the Land Use Development Code that would be affected by the most recent changes to Title 5, Business License, relative to the new alcohol regulations. Our interest is to get this in the hands of the City Council to familiarize you with staff's suggested changes. We would subsequently like to meet in a work meeting to go through the changes together.
