Description/Background:
Please review the attached memorandum, draft Water Conservation Plan, and resolution (both the final resolution and the final version of the plan will be attached to this agenda item following the November 9th presentation of the item to the City Council).
Further action to be taken:
On November 9th the City Council received and gave feedback on the draft Water Conservation Plan. on November 16th the Public Utilities Department is asking for formal adoption of the plan by the City Council. The November 16th meeting will also serve as the official public comment period for the plan.
