Description/Background:

The City hired a consultant (LYRB) to conduct and prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Analysis as required by State statute. The preliminary findings were presented to the council on November 8, 2022.

 

Fiscal Impact:

Fee increases resulting in enhanced impact fee (restricted) revenue.

 

Further action to be taken:

Following public comment on this item, the council should first consider adoption of the attached Ordinance, 22-14.  Following adoption of the Ordinance, the council should consider adoption of the attached Resolution, 22-55C.
