Public Hearing Item: Consideration and approval of Resolution RD 26-06. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors adopting the Annual Budget of the RDA of Sandy City, Utah, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.

Motion 1: Motion to recess the City Council Meeting and Convene as the Redevelopment Agency.
