Description/Background:
In late 2023 the City Council designed and implemented a process to conduct management and operations studies of City Departments. The Public Utilities Department was selected for the second study, which began in January 2026 and has just now concluded. The third party consultant selected to conduct the study was Matrix Consulting Group, who brought a project team to conduct the study. This evening, Matrix will be presenting the final report to the Council.
