This is the annual presentation of the Independent Financial Audit Report. Attached to this agenda item are the following:
1. Governance Letter. This is a required communication to City Council which summarizes the audit.
2. Compliance Reports. These are the reports from the audit of state laws and regulations as well as internal controls.
3. FY 23 ACFR. The auditors report for the financial audit starts on page 17.
