Description/Background:

The City hired a consultant (LYRB) to conduct and prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Analysis as required by State statute. The preliminary findings will be presented for Council consideration.

 

Fiscal Impact:

Fee increases resulting in enhanced impact fee (restricted) revenue.

 

Further action to be taken:

Public hearing and required notices, and adoption of ordinance and amended fee schedule at future City Council meeting.

Tonight staff is looking for feedback from the council.  As this an informational report, not council action is necessary.
