Description/Background:
The City Council Policy Booklet contains all of the internal policies and procedures that the City has council has adopted to dictate how it will function. Many of these policies have not been updated in many years. As a result, some of the individual policies found within the booklet are either out of date, misaligned with municipal code, at odds with other council policies, run afoul of current practice, or contain errors. Staff views the attached cleanup of existing council policies and has not suggested edits that will change any current practices.
