Please review the attached memo. I'm proposing that the Council outline a series of discussions and decisions that need to be made as related to Alta Canyon. I believe that making incremental decisions will allow us to better move forward to efficiently solve this very important issue.

Motion to direct Council Member Robinson to move forward with the Alta Canyon discussion outline as (presented OR amended) and to bring it back for a second reading, and final approval, during the next available business meeting.
