Description/Background:

 Discussion and approval of Resolution 24-05. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Sandy City approving an agreement for Sandy City's acquisition of Agency land for the Monroe Street extension project, and authorizing the potential subsequent leasing of land by the City to the Agency and the Agency to an affiliate of the America First Field (Real Salt Lake) Stadium.

 

The majority of this item was discussed in a previous closed door session with the Council/RDA Board and requires formal approval to move forward.
