Description/Background:
On May 24 the Council Chair provided a memo to the Council requesting that any recommended changes to the FY 2016-17 budget be submitted to the Council Office by Friday, June 3 in order to place them on the June 7 agenda for discussion and/or vote of the Council. With the public hearing on the budget scheduled for June 14, the Finance Department would need some time to incorporate any Council initiated changes into the final budget prior to the hearing. Suggested changes are attached as well as a Administration's recommendations for use of current year general continency.

The FY 2016-17 Budget must be approved by the Council on June 22, 2016.
