Description/Background:
On April 4, 2023 the Council adopted Ordinance 23-06 which, in part, created a Survey Approval Team (SAT) to review and approve certain surveys prior to issuance. The Ordinance dictates that the SAT shall include the Mayor, a Mayoral appointee from administrative staff, a member of the Council, and a member of the Council Executive Staff.
Recommended Action and/or Suggested Motion:
Recommendation
The Council may consider selecting a Council Member and a Council Executive Staff Member to serve on the SAT. The Council may also elect to discuss other issues related to the topic of Council appointments to the SAT as it sees fit.
