Description/Background:
To facilitate Hale Centre Theatre's purchase of the Plaza, the legislative body of the City must first remove the public dedication of the Plaza. The Plaza is currently used as a public plaza and is specifically described as:
"Lot 102" SANDY GARDNER OFFICE PARK AMENDED, according to the official plat thereof, recorded April 16, 2018 as Entry No. 12753394 in Book 2018P at Page 166 in the office of the Salt Lake County Recorder.
In accordance with Sandy City Ordinance 7-1-24, a public hearing was held related to the selling of this real property during the December 9, 2025 City Council Meeting.
