Description/Background:

Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA) training is required annually for each member of the council by state law (Utah Code 52-4-104). Please follow the attached link, click on the "Open and Public Meetings Act Training for 2025," enroll, and complete the OPMA training prior to the meeting.  To ensure that the requirement has been filled, we will also watch the OPMA training video during the Council meeting.
