Description/Background:
On July 19, Community Development Director Mike Coulam lead the City Council in a discussion of the City's current overlay zones, and how overlay zones generally work as a component of a zoning code. As a result of this discussion, the Council expressed interest in holding a Work Session discussion of the proposed Dimple Dell Overlay Zone.
